About Wiz Khalifa

Wiz Khalifa started recording music when he was 14. In 2005, he released his first mixtape Prince of the City: Welcome to Pistolvania. Wiz dropped “Show and Prove” shortly after and started receiving significant cosigns from XXL, Rolling Stone and VIBE. A deal with Warner Bros. Records soon followed. Wiz Khalifa continued releasing mixtapes and in 2007 released Grow Season and Prince of the City 2, and founded his own label, Taylor Gang Records, in 2008.
